Krista believes that true wellness is achieved through a holistic approach, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. She aims to guide clients in understanding their ability to change limiting thoughts and behaviors, enabling them to live a life of greater peace and happiness. Krista’s goal is to support clients in their journey towards their highest illuminated self while promoting personal growth and mental and physical challenges.
