Booth Set up

You are responsible for your entire booth set up. We will not provide tables, umbrellas, or tents. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Only partial refunds can be given as there is a processing fee.

Health & Safety 

We ask that each vendor bring hand sanitizer for their booth. Vendors must enforce their own rules when it comes to touching products. We encourage hand sanitizing before allow customers to touch items.

Liability

Central Coast Conscious Community, its owner(s), and any associated venue partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising in connection with vendor participation. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage to vendor property, personal injury, or failure to meet sales expectations. Vendors are solely responsible for their own goods, setup, safety, and financial outcomes.

By participating in this event, the vendor accepts full responsibility for any risks involved and agrees to release and waive any claims against Central Coast Conscious Community, its owner(s), and venue partners from any and all liability, loss, or damages.

By submitting the vendor form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
